By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account and complete a verification process.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Applying for a Loan: Users can apply for a loan secured by cryptocurrency by depositing the relevant cryptocurrency as collateral.
Security Deposit: All security deposits must be deposited into your personal account. The collateral will be blocked for the duration of the loan.
Interest Rates and Fees: Interest rates and any applicable fees will be clearly stated during the loan application process. Users are responsible for understanding and agreeing to these terms and conditions before accepting a loan.
Repayment: Loans must be repaid according to the agreed schedule. Early repayment is allowed without penalties.
Delinquency and Liquidation: If the value of the collateral falls below a certain threshold or you fail to repay the loan, we reserve the right to liquidate the collateral to cover the balance of the loan.

Using our platform involves significant risks, including, but not limited to:
1. Market Risk: Cryptocurrency values can be highly volatile.
2. Regulatory Risk: Changes in laws and regulations may affect the legality and functionality of our services.
3. Security Risk: Despite our security measures, there is always a risk of hacking and other security breaches.

Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that may harm the VA Foundation or its users, including, but not limited to, fraudulent activities, hacking, or any other illegal conduct.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the VA Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses arising as a result
- your use of or inability to use our services;
- any unauthorized access to our servers and/or any personal information stored on them;
- any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the VA Foundation is based, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.

We may change these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
