Account balances
Debit
Includes funds received as a result of deposits, deposit payments and loyalty program rewards. These funds are available for various financial transactions, such as investment, withdrawal, as well as transfer to the credit balance to repay loans or to the collateral balance to secure loans.
Credit
Includes issued credit funds and write-offs on loans. Funds on this balance are not available for investment or withdrawal, however they can be transferred to the deposit balance if there is a positive balance.
Cash-back
Contains the accrued funds under the cashback program. These funds are available exclusively for investment.
Collateral
Contains assets provided as collateral for a loan. These funds remain locked for the duration of the loan. Upon completion of the loan obligations, the assets are automatically transferred to the debit balance.
